1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Any opened or partially used product.
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers.
3. Refund Process
- Once a return is approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo documentation. We will arrange for a replacement shipment or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Delivery Guarantee
In rare cases of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued according to our delivery policy.
